Tigers Advance Five to Saturday at CSA Individual Championships

Five Tigers will play on Saturday at the College Squash Association individual championship at the Arlen Specter Squash Center in Philadelphia after advancing through Friday's play.

In the top draw, the Ramsay Cup, named for Princeton coach Gail Ramsay, Andrea Toth and Elle Ruggiero both fell in the round of 16 but won their consolation quarterfinal matches and will go head-to-head for a spot in the consolation final on Saturday at 12 p.m. One will play in the consolation final on Sunday.
Emily Rose will play in the semifinal of the Holleran West draw after winning twice, including over the draw's top seed, Penn's Ashley Manning. Rose will play at 1:50 p.m. Saturday against Drexel's Brooke Herring. Molly Chadwick is also in a semifinal and will face Yale's Gigi Yeung in the Holleran East draw at 1 p.m. Saturday.
Josephine Klein will play in the consolation semifinal of the Holleran West draw against Brown's Lily Seckendorf at 1:50 p.m.
In the Holleran North draw, named for Princeton alum Demer Holleran '89, Emme Leonard won her first-round match before falling in the quarterfinals, as did Katherine Sapinski in the Holleran West draw, ending their runs.
