Larkin’s Hat Trick Powers Women’s Water Polo Past Brown 10-6

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The No. 21 Princeton University women's water polo team dispatched Brown 10-6, Saturday afternoon at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center.

The Tigers jumped out to a 2-0 lead with early goals from Jovana Sekulic and Laura Larkin and headed into the second quarter ahead 3-1. The Bears would score two straight goals to start the second, pulling even with the Tigers at three-all. Princeton would answer with two consecutive goals of their own, before Brown countered back with two more tallies. After 16 minutes of play, the Tigers and Bears entered the break deadlocked at 5-5.

The orange and black would score four goals in the third quarter, including Larkin's third of the game, and would not be threatened the rest of the way.
