Men’s Track and Field Listed at No. 12 in the Nation by USTFCCCA

PRINCETON, N.J. – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) unveiled its third edition of the NCAA Division I Men's Outdoor Track & Field National Rating Index, with the Princeton Men's Track and Field Team ranked at No. 12 in the nation.

The Tigers have five top-10 marks in the nation, including Sondre Guttormsen (5.75 m) and Simen Guttormsen (5.65 m) ranking first and second in the pole vault, Robbie Otal (61.71 m) ranking sixth in the discus, and C.J. Licata (19.31 m) and Chandler Ault (72.35 m) ranking ninth in the shot put and javelin respectively.

In their most recent outing at the Mason Spring Invitational, the orange and black delivered two top-10 school performances. Michael Phillippy turned in a time of 46.75 in the 400 meters, placing him sixth all-time, while Jovan Aigbekaen clocked in at 14.38 in the 110 meter-hurdles, good for seventh all-time.

The Tigers will compete in the Larry Ellis Invitational this Friday and Saturday at Weaver Stadium.
