VARESE, Italy – The Princeton men's heavyweight team had two medal winners during Saturday's action at the U23 World Rowing Championships.
Theo Long '26 helped Great Britain's 8+ win gold (5:51.71), 2.6 seconds in front of the United States. Pat Long led Australia's 8+ to the bronze medal, giving Princeton two representatives with medals in the 8+ event.
"What a monumental day for Princeton rowing," said Princeton head coach Greg Hughes. "To have Theo and Pat earn medals shows how much hard work they've put into this. We can wait to celebrate this at boathouse with the rest of the team when we're back together!"
