HENLEY-ON-THAMES, England – The Princeton University heavyweight rowing team sent a contingent of current, future and past rowers to the 2026 Henley Royal Regatta, with six Tigers advancing to the finals.
David Bewicke-Copley '20 rowed on Great Britain's 8+ and won the prestigious Grand Challenge Cup for Oxford Brookes and Leander.
Marcus Chute '26 and Tristan Wenger '28 won the Visitors Challenge Cup (intermediate 4-) for Nautilus Rowing Club.
Incoming freshman Jacopo Tans '30 won the Princess Elizabeth in the junior 8+ racing for St. Paul's School.
