PRINCETON, N.J. – The Princeton University Performance staff bolstered its ranks over the summer, adding Allan Reyes as an Assistant Varsity Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Reyes is the latest in a strong of talented additions to Princeton Tigers Performance over the past year, joining fellow Assistant Varsity Strength and Conditioning Coaches Erika Moyer and Eric Jones as well as Strength and Conditioning Assistant Chris Costa. They round an eight-person Strength and Conditioning staff which provides first-class performance coaching to the Tigers.
Reyes will work the men's and women's track and field and cross country programs.
"We are excited to welcome Allan to our performance staff," said Associate Head Coach of Strength & Conditioning Angie Brambley-Moyer. "He is coming to Princeton Athletics with a unique background of experience in track and field/cross country and we look forward to watching him put his expertise into practice."
He mostly recently served as a Sports Performance Aide at Texas A&M in the 2021-22 season, where he worked closely with the track & field program, and also assisted with the softball, volleyball, swimming & diving, equestrian, and dance teams.
In June and July 2021, he served as a Football Strength & Conditioning Intern at the University of Iowa, and also as an Assistance Sports Performance Coach at UC-Santa Barbara from November 2020 until March 2021, and as a Sports Performance Intern from January 2020 until April 2020.
Reyes earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Westmont College in 2017, and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from LSU in 2019. He's been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength & Conditioning Association since 2017.
