PHILADELPHIA, PA. - The Princeton men's soccer team will travel to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania this weekend to face Penn at Penn Park. Match day is set for November 4th at 5 p.m. and the match will air on ESPN+.

Game Notes

Princeton is 4-7-3 overall and 1-3-2 in Ivy League Conference play following the loss to Harvard over the weekend.
The Tigers have the opportunity this week to face the potential No. 1 seed in the inaugural 2023 Ivy Soccer Tournament
Daniel Ittycheria is tied for 28th in the country in goals per game. The sophomore leads the team with 9 goals this season and one assist, he also leads the team in points scored (19) ... in recent matches, he scored braces matches against Columbia (10/7) and against St. John's (9/19), scored the solo goal against Seton Hall (10/10), and scored a goal against Fordham (10/24).
William Watson made his fourth start of the season in goal against Harvard and tallied 2 saves ... he maintains an 77.3% save percentage. The junior posted his first clean sheet of the 2023 season in his second start of the year against Brown.
Khamari Hadaway averages 4.50 saves per game ranking him 22nd in the country. The junior has a total of 45 saves on the 2023 season in 10 games and a 67.2% save percentage ... 6 saves in the win against Rutgers (9/1), 10 saves against No. 3 Duke (9/4), 3 saves against No. 21 New Hampshire (9/15), 3 saves against St. John's (9/19), 3 saves against Dartmouth (9/23), 2 saves against Yale (9/30), 5 saves against No. 8 Georgetown (10/3), 2 saves against Columbia (10/7), 6 saves against Seton Hall (10/10). In 2022 he only recorded 18 saves in the 7 games he played.
The Tigers have had two games this season with four goals. Four different goal scorers in their 4-1 win over Monmouth (9/26) - Walker Gillespie, Will Francis, Nico Nee, Daniel Ittycheria... three different goal scorers in their 4-0 win over Columbia (10/7) - Daniel Ittycheria, Will Francis, Ian Nunez.
Will Francis scored the only goal at Harvard last weekend. The sophomore tallied goals in back-to-back games, with a goal against against Monmouth and with a crucial, game-tying goal against Yale. He also scored a goal against Columbia. Will is third on the team in points scored this season with 8.
The freshman Ian Nunez scored the game winning goal against St. John's (9/19), tallying his first collegiate goal, and scored a goal against Columbia. He has been the only freshman to score a goal thus far.
Nico Nee is 1st on the team in assists per game with 5 assists ... he is second on the team in points scored this season with 11. Nee is 3 for 3 on the season in penalty kicks.
Sophomore Stephen Duncan scored the first goal of his collegiate career against No. 21 New Hampshire (9/15).
Jack Jasinski leads the team in minutes played ... 1124 minutes through 13 games. Jasinksi stated an assist against Harvard over the weekend.
The Tiger's schedule has consisted of three matches against Top-25 teams. The match against Georgetown was their third ranked opponent of the 2023 season.
Princeton went 6-6-4 (.500) overall in the 2022 season and went 2-4-1 at home.
