In the third inning, Carlos Abello singled through the left side to tie the game at 3-all. The next hitter, Caden Shapiro, ripped a base hit up the middle, giving Princeton a 5-3 advantage.

Duke registered seven runs in the fourth frame and additional tallies in the fifth and eighth innings.
The Tigers' best chance to make some noise came in the eighth as they loaded the bases but couldn't push across a run.
Brendan Cumming, Caden Shapiro and Eric Marasheski each had two hits in the game. Jacob Faulkner pitched three innings and relief and allowed just one unearned tally.
Princeton heads on its Spring Break trip next week beginning with a four-game set at Navy (Mar. 11-12).
