No. 4 Women's Open Rowing Races In Ivy League Invite

PRINCETON – The No. 4 Princeton Women's Open Rowing team raced in the early portion of the Ivy League Invitational before the afternoon action was cancelled due to the weather.
Morning Session:
Princeton's varsity eight (6:12.2) picked up a 4.1-second victory in its heat over No. 9 Virginia (6:16.3) and a 17.5-second decision over Columbia (6:29.7)
The 2V raced out to a 6:29.6, over Virginia (6:32.3) and Columbia (6:59.1) in its early contest.
Princeton's varsity four (7:07.19) had a stellar heat with a three-second advantage over Virginia (7:10.19) and Columbia (7:32.0). The Tigers' V4B also had the top time in its race (7:13.9).
Racing did not go on after 1:15 p.m.
Princeton will not race in tomorrow's races of the Ivy League Invitational. Next week, the Tigers host No. 1 Texas and No. 3 Yale.
