WILTON, Conn. - The Princeton men's cross country team will travel to Connecticut this weekend to compete in the second meet of the 2023 season, the HYP Meet. The competition will feature Yale and Harvard and the course is located at Allen's Meadows Park. The men's 6K is set for Saturday, September 9 at 6:00 p.m.
Last week at the New Jersey Jam, the team took first through fourth place on the leader board with Anthony Monte (16:49.8) coming in first place and Connor Nisbet (16:49.9) in close second.
At last year's HYP Meet, the Tigers earned a first-place finish and had five finishers within the top-10 including Anthony Monte (17:42.4) in second. Princeton finished with 29 points.
Next Meet
The Tigers compete at the UVA Invitational in Charlottesville, Virginia, on Saturday, September 23.
