Princeton Comeback Comes Up Short Against Brown

PROVIDENCE, R.I.- In the second matchup of the weekend, Princeton faced off against the Brown Bears.
Brown got an early goal just two minutes into the first period and forced the Tigers to play from behind. In the closing seconds, Mackenzie Alexander received the pass from Issy Wunder and sent the puck into the back of the net to tie the game up.
The Bears took the lead once again in the second period.
Working to spark a third period comeback for the Tigers, Sarah Paul scored her fifth goal of the year on the Princeton power play.
Brown quickly added two goals to get back the lead. Paul tallied a second goal to cut the lead to one. The Bears stood strong with their one goal lead as the Tigers fell 4-3.
