Back-to-Back CWPA Champion Women's Water Polo Announces 2025 Schedule

PRINCETON – The back-to-back CWPA Champion Princeton Women's Water Polo Team has announced its 2025 schedule.
"We're excited for the year ahead—there's a lot of talent and potential on this team," said head coach Derek Ellingson. "The fall has been a great start, but to reach our goals, the spring will require even more hard work and dedication. We have a lot of talent on this team, now it's about translating that talent into hard work in the practice pool and on game day."
The Tigers begin the season with the Princeton Invitational on January 24th vs. La Salle (5:30 p.m.). Head coach Derek Ellingson's crew takes on Mt. St. Mary's and Marist (Jan. 25) before finishing the invite against Wagner (Jan. 26).
Princeton heads on the road to take on Brown (Feb. 7) before participating in the Harvard Invitational (Feb. 8-9). The Tigers continue a road stretch with games vs. Bucknell, Michigan and Saint Francis at Harvard and Brown (Feb. 22-23).
March gets started with the annual Spring Break West Coast trip at LMU (Mar. 8), Pomona (Mar. 12) and UCLA (Mar. 13). The trip ends with the San Diego State Invitational (Mar. 14-15).
Ellingson's unit welcomes Iona to DeNunzio Pool (Mar. 19) before more CWPA action against Brown, Harvard (Mar. 29) and Mercyhurst (Mar. 30) at home. Princeton heads to Michigan to take on the Mercyhurst, the Wolverines and Saint Francis (Apr. 5-6) as the calendar turns to April.
The regular season finishes at Bucknell (Apr. 12) and Wagner at home (Apr. 16). The CWPA Championships are at Brown (Apr. 25-27).
