Lucas Named CWPA Defensive Player of the Week

PRINCETON - Lindsey Lucas was selected as the Collegiate Water Polo Association (CWPA) Defensive Player of the Week.
She collected six saves in the 18-7 victory over Villanova.
This is the eighth time in her career that's she earned the CWPA Defensive Player of the Week honor and the 12th weekly honor overall.
Lucas was a third-team All-American last season after posting a 28-4 record with 325 saves and a .578 save percentage. Her 325 stops were the fifth most in a single-season in program history. This season, the sophomore has 37 saves and a .569 save percentage in four games.
