Yelensky and Lucas Pick Up CWPA Weekly Accolades

PRINCETON – Kayla Yelensky (Player) and Lindsey Lucas (Defensive) were named CWPA Players of the Week, the conference announced.
Yelensky scored two goals vs. No. 11 Michigan and added three more points vs. St. Francis. She followed that with a hat trick vs. Bucknell. It's the second time this season the junior has been selected as Player of the Week. Yelensky has a team-best 56 goals and 35 drawn ejections so far.
Lucas produced 17 stops in the win over No.11 Michigan and added nine saves in the victory over Bucknell. It's the sixth time in 2024 that Lucas corralled this honor and 13th time in her career. Lucas is 14-6 in 2024 with 202 saves.
Princeton finishes the regular season at Harvard (10 a.m.) and Brown (3 p.m.) on Saturday.
