Lehigh Defeats Softball in Non-League Finale

Lehigh scored three times in the second inning and twice in the fifth in a 5-0 win over the Princeton softball team on Tuesday afternoon in Bethlehem, Pa.
Karis Ford had two of Princeton's three hits, singling in the fourth and doubling in the seventh. Allison Ha had the first Princeton hit with a fourth-inning single. Molly Chambers started in the circle for Princeton and went three innings before giving way to Cassidy Shaw for 1 2/3 innings. Brielle Wright threw the last 1 1/3 innings, setting down all four batters she faced.
Now 24-14, the Tigers will host Cornell for a three-game series this weekend to wrap up the Ivy League regular season.
