A big offensive effort in the Big Apple propelled No. 18 Princeton to a 24-12 win over Columbia for a second Ivy win of the week.
The Tigers (7-3, 3-1 Ivy) remain one game behind Yale for the Ivy League lead, tied with Harvard for second place. The Bulldogs, who are 3-0 in the Ivy League, play Penn (2-1) on Sunday in a game that will impact the top half of the table in the Ivy League.
The win improves Princeton to 27-0 all-time against the Lions and marks the most goals scored by the Tigers in a game against the Lions – surpassing the 22 goals scored in a 22-16 win in New York in April of 2018.

In terms of games against Ivy opponents, the 24 goals scored are the second-most all-time by a Princeton team and the most since Princeton scored 29 against Brown in 1981.

Amelia Hughes made nine saves while allowing nine goals in her 2+ quarters of work, while Tia Reaman made five saves while allowing just three goals.
