Ashleigh Johnson '17 and rising junior Jovana Sekulic are headed to Paris to represent Team USA in the 2024 Olympic water polo tournament.

Johnson, a three-time All-American during her time at Princeton, will be aiming for her third straight Olympic gold medal after backstopping the Americans to gold in Rio de Janeiro and Tokyo. It will be Sekulic's first Olympic games.

Sekulic, who was away from Princeton during the 2024 season as she pursued the Olympic bid, scored a team-best 76 goals in 2023 after leading the team as a rookie with 74 goals in 2022. Sekulic's most recent season with Princeton ended in the NCAA tournament, as the 2023 Tigers knocked out third-seeded Cal in the quarterfinals.

Team USA is scheduled to open its Olympic competition on July 27 against Greece before going on to face Spain, Italy and France in Group B play.
