Rassam Named CRCA Regional Coach of the Year

PRINCETON – Paul Rassam was named a Collegiate Rowing Coach Association (CRCA) Lightweight Regional Coach of the Year, the organization announced.
Rassam led the Princeton Women's Lightweight Team to an undefeated season, earning the team's third straight IRA Commissioners' Cup. The Tigers' 1V has not lost to another lightweight boat since the 2019 IRA Championships.
In third place in the team standings with one race to go, the varsity eight went wire-to-wire, rowing to a 6:35.1, 1.8 seconds in front of the field. Stanford was second at 6:37.0 while Radcliffe was third at 6:38.8.
Elena Every, Lily Feinerman and Sarah Fry earned All-America status, rowing on the 1V.
