No. 6 Women's Water Polo Sweeps CWPA Weekly Honors

PRINCETON – The No. 6 Princeton Women's Water Polo Team collected a sweep of the Collegiate Water Polo weekly awards.
Kayla Yelensky won her fifth CWPA Player of the Week honor after producing 11 goals, four assists and four steals at the Princeton Invitational.
The senior captain scored a hat trick, adding two assists and three drawn ejections vs. La Salle. She also had four tallies and three drawn ejections vs. LIU before collecting four more goals, two assists and two steals vs. No. 22 Wagner.
Lindsey Lucas corralled her 16th career CWPA Defensive Player of the Week accolade after nabbing three wins over the weekend. The junior captain picked up eight stops vs. La Salle, 13 saves vs. LIU and seven more stops vs. No. 22 Wagner.
Kendall Wyer earned CWPA Rookie of the Week following a six-goal weekend. She scored vs. La Salle while securing two tallies vs. LIU and a hat trick vs. No. 22 Wagner.
