Ivy League Names Valerie Nutakor Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Ivy League announced its weekly awards Monday afternoon and Valerie Nutakor of the Princeton University women's volleyball team was named Player of the Week.
Valerie Nutakor led Princeton to a weekend sweep of Columbia and Cornell, which clinched the Tigers a spot in the Ivy Tournament. Nutakor averaged 4.67 kills-per-set on a .359 hitting percentage along with 3.83 digs.
She recorded eight kills and 11 digs against the Lions then 20 kills on a .415 hitting percentage and 12 digs against the Big Red.
Nutakor becomes the second Tigers to be named Player of the Week in 2025, as Sydney Draper won the award on Sept. 29.
