Inchauspe’s Run At NCAA Individual Championships Ends In Semifinals

ORLANDO, Fla.- A historic run at the NCAA Individual Championships came to an end for Paul Inchauspe on Saturday morning.
Inchauspe faced No. 1 Michael Zheng of Columbia in the semifinals, the defending NCAA singles champion.
Zheng took the first set 6-3, but Inchauspe battled back to get a 6-3 win of his own in the second.
After forcing a third set for the fourth match of the tournament, Inchauspe was unable to overcome Zheng who took the final set 6-2.
It was a historic tournament run for Inchauspe, who became a two-time All-American along with the program's first semifinalist in 45 years.
