February 23, 2025 | Men's Tennis
PRINCETON, N.J.- The Princeton men's tennis team picked up its first win over a ranked opponent of the 2025 season and did so in dominant fashion. The Tigers completed the 7-0 sweep over the No. 32 team in the latest ITA rankings. Four of the singles victories came in straight sets in Princeton's favor.
"Today was a quality win against a very good opponent. Boise State has had a lot of success this year and I'm extremely pleased with how we had a complete team effort throughout the lineup. We will get back to work this week in preparation for next weekend's four matches at home."
The Tigers won the doubles point with Landon Ardila and Aleksandar Mitric closing things out with a 7-6 win.
Ardila finished first in singles with a 6-2, 6-2 victory as Evan Wen followed suit with a score of 6-2, 6-3.
