EUGENE, ORE. – Sam Rodman earned First Team All-America honors in the 800m as the Tigers closed out competition at the NCAA Outdoor Championships.

It is Rodman's third time earning the distinction of First Team All-American, also receiving the honor in the DMR at the 2022 indoor championships and in the 800 at the 2022 outdoor championships.
Rodman's achievement marks the highest placement for a Tiger in the 800m since 1940, when Ed Burrowes was the runner-up.
As the Tigers closed out the season, two more earned Second Team All-America Honors.
In the 1500m, fellow 2025 graduate Harrison Witt clocked in at 3:47.92 to take tenth place. It is his third time earning All-American honors.
Casey Helm was also named to the Second Team All-America in the discus after throwing 57.79m/189-7" for 13th place. It is his second time earning the distinction.
As the Princeton men's track and field team ends their time in Eugene, they conclude a year of exceptional success, boasting multiple newly-crowned All-Americans and an Ivy League Triple Crown.
