Reed Gresyerman Advances To Match Play At U.S. Amateur

Rising sophomore Reed Greyserman has moved on to Match Play at the 125th U.S. Amateur after finishing T5 over the two rounds of stroke play to open the tournament at The Olympic Club in San Francisco.
Greyserman posted back to back rounds of 69 to finish at 138 which was -2 and positioned him as just one of 16 players to finish the 36 holes under par out of the 312 golfers entered in the tournament.
Up next is Match Play which starts on August 13 with the Round of 64. Greyserman's opponent is TBD until the results of a 20-for-17 playoff, but his tee time is set for 4:20 p.m. EST.
Television coverage of the Round of 64 begins at 6 p.m. EST on Peacock with coverage continuing from 7-9 p.m. on the Golf Channel.
