Dalen Davis & Jackson Hicke Receive All-Ivy Honors

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Ivy League announced its postseason awards Wednesday afternoon and juniors Dalen Davis and Jackson Hicke of the Princeton University men's basketball team were recipients. Davis was named Honorable Mention and Hicke Academic All-Ivy.
In Ivy play, Davis led the conference in free throw percentage (94.2%), ranked second in three-point percentage (42.3%), 11th in scoring (13.9 points-per-game) and 14th in three-point field goals-per-game (1.6). On Jan. 24 against Brown, Davis scored 22 points, went a perfect 12-for-12 from the field and recorded five rebounds along with three assists. He scored 20 points on 6-for-12 shooting and handed out six assists against Dartmouth on Feb. 28 and went 8-for-13 from the field and scored 19 points against the University of Pennsylvania. Davis also scored 19 points on Feb. 13 against Cornell and Feb. 14 against Columbia.
Hicke, an economics major, ranked sixth in the Ivy league in scoring (17.0 points-per-game) in conference play and second in free throw percentage (85.7%), 12th in rebounding (5.4 rebounds-per-game) and 14th in steals-per-game (1.0). Named Ivy Player of the Week on Jan. 12, Hicke recorded 28 points on 9-for-15 shooting and four rebounds at Dartmouth on Jan. 14. He scored 27 points on 8-for-13 shooting and grabbed five rebounds on Jan.10 against Yale and compiled 25 points and eight rebounds at Brown on Feb. 20. Hicke scored 22 points and had seven rebounds on Feb. 28 against Dartmouth.
