Tigers Win Eight Events at Penn Challenge

PHILADELPHIA, PA. – Winning eight events, the Princeton men's track and field team opened the outdoor season at the Penn Challenge on Saturday.
Sweeping the throws, Princeton claimed victories in the discus, hammer and javelin.
Asher Robbins set a new PR in the hammer, throwing 67.50m. Joey Goodenow won the discus with a throw of 54.26m. Drew Mruk won the javelin with a mark of 65.23m. Joe Licata won the shot put, throwing 19.22m.
Also in the field events, Clayton Gary won the triple jump as he cleared 13.61m.
In the hurdles, Yuki Hojo won the 110m in 14.55 and Kobeyeh Riley won the 400m in 53.53.
Jack Gregorski set a new PB as he won the 1500m, running 3:55.32.
The Tigers will continue the outdoor action next weekend at the Monmouth Season Opener.
