Tigers Fall Short In Doubleheader Against Brown

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Princeton baseball came up short in a hard-fought doubleheader against Brown.
Brown 4, Princeton 0
Game one of the doubleheader went scoreless until the sixth inning where Brown put up three runs, adding another in the eighth.
Justin Kim started the game for the Tigers. In the seven inning outing, Kim allowed five hits and three runs while also striking out five.
Brown 14, Princeton 1
Brown opened up scoring early in the second game, putting up four runs between the first and second innings, taking a 4-0 lead.
The Tigers chipped away at the deficit in the third making it 4-1 off of an RBI from Jake Koonin.
Brown continued to put up 10 more runs throughout the remaining innings.
James Beasley started this game for Princeton, allowing six hits, five runs and striking out two in his two inning outing.
The Tigers play their final game of the series against Brown tomorrow with first pitch scheduled for 12 PM.
