The Princeton men's tennis team will honor its three seniors before Sunday's regular season finale. At the same time, the Tigers will be looking to keep their season going into the postseason.
Princeton will host Yale Saturday (1) and Brown Sunday (1) in the final two matches on the schedule. Will the season continue beyond that? Possibly.
Princeton enters the weekend ranked 38th in the country, one spot back of Yale in a league that has six teams ranked between 27 and 41. Despite an Ivy League season that has been defined by injuries and agonizingly close losses, Princeton is still very much in the hunt for an at-large berth in the NCAA tournament.
In addition to its team ranking of No. 38, Princeton also has the No. 14 singles ranking in Paul Inchauspe, who is the second-highest ranked Ivy player. The third-highest Ivy player is Yale's Vignesh Gogineni. Inchauspe and Landon Ardila continue to the highest-ranked Ivy doubles pair at No. 25, despite Ardila's absence from the lineup due to injury for the entire Ivy season.
Princeton's three seniors who will be recognized before the match Sunday are Top Nidunjianzan, Sebastian Sec and Ellis Short.
