April 28, 2026 | Men's Track and Field
PRINCETON, N.J. – Greg Foster was named co-Ivy Athlete of the Week on Tuesday after breaking his own league record in the long jump this weekend.
Just two weeks after setting the Ivy record at Spec Towns with a jump of 7.99m, Foster topped his own performance this weekend at the TCNJ Rick McCorkle Invite with a jump of 8.01m.
He now ranks seventh in the nation in the event, and holds the top mark in the long jump in the Ivy League's indoor and outdoor record books.
This is Foster's fourth Athlete of the Week award of his career after he earned the honor twice this indoor season.
Up next, Foster and the Tigers will host the Larry Ellis Invitational this weekend in Weaver Stadium.
