Kotchasanmanee Qualifies For U.S. Open On Same Day She's Named Ivy League Golfer Of The Month

Thanana Kotchasanmanee had a great April, and so far May is shaping up to be just as special.
The 2026 Ivy League champion, whose overall body of work this past season led to her being named Ivy League Player of the Year and Ivy League Rookie of the Year, Kotchasanmanee was named Ivy Golfer of the Month for April.
Where was Kotchasanmanee when that award was being announced? In Virginia, winning a U.S. Open Qualifier held at Springfield Golf & Country Club.
Kotchasanmanee shot a 137 (-5) over her 36 holes of play, carding a 68 (-3) and 69 (-2) to claim the top spot and one of two invites to the 2026 U.S. Women's Open which will be held June 4-7 at The Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, Calif.
Before she heads to Riviera and the U.S. Women's Open, Kotchasanmanee will compete at a NCAA Regional in Chapel Hill May 11-13.
