Five From Heavyweight Rowing Named Empacher-IRCA All-America

PRINCETON, N.J. – The Intercollegiate Rowing Coaches Association (IRCA) announced its All-America selections Thursday, and five members of the Princeton University heavyweight rowing team were included.
Theo Bell, Marcus Chute and Trygve Bye Loken garnered first team honors, while Kian Aminian and Tristan Wenger were named to the second team.
The five Tigers, who all rowed on the 1V, led Princeton to a silver medal at Eastern Sprints which helped the Tigers finish at the top of the Ten Eyck standings. In addition, they helped the 1V win bronze at the Intercollegiate Rowing Association (IRA) National Championships and Princeton finish second in the team point standings.
