- Have a student-athlete presence on campus committees.
- Advise on issues that affect the health and welfare of all student-athletes.

Student-Athlete Wellness Leaders (SAWL)
Student-Athlete Wellness Leaders (SAWL) is a collaboration between Princeton Athletics and University Health Services (UHS) to support healthy lifestyles among student-athletes through peer leadership. The SAWL program is a member of the Peer to Peer Collective. SAWLs provide support, knowledge, and leadership around issues that affect student-athlete performance and wellbeing. In addition to the initial training, SAWLs can attend monthly lunches to bolster their knowledge and skills and build connections to each other and across teams. For questions related to the SAWL program, contact Associate Director, Student-Athlete Services, Greg Busch.Â

Asian Student-Athletes of Princeton (ASAP)
Â
ASAP is a group created by and for Asian-student athletes to connect, embrace, and recognize Asian identities and experiences and the role of these identities in life as a student-athlete. ASAP strives to foster a safe and welcoming community that is open to conversations about race and identity but also hosts fun events for members to enjoy. ASAP is building a community that is safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for all Asian student-athletes. ASAP serves as an additional support system and an outlet for athletes who may be the only Asian or student-athlete of color on their teams. The group also connects current members with alumni for mentorship opportunities and guest speaker events. The goal is to create a strong community that provides a platform for Asian student-athletes to share their personal experiences and feel heard, while being inspired and guided by Asian former student-athletes.

Queer Student-Athlete Collective
The purpose of the Queer Student-Athlete Collective (QSAC) is to provide a space for LGBTQ+ athletes to get to know one another and form a more cohesive community, as well as enhance visibility and pride in the athletic community as a whole and create a space where queerness can be strongly represented and celebrated in Princeton athletics. Creating a space for LGBTQ+ athletes to get to know each other and share their ideas with one another creates a safer environment for queer people to express themselves at Princeton.
