A native of Cornwall, England, she played internationally on the English U-16, U-18 and U-21 teams. She was a four-year All-American as the UConn goalie, starting 88 of the 91 games in which she appeared. She allowed only 29 goals in 1,816 minutes her senior year, and she shut out Duke 2-0 in the NCAA final.
Â
She began her coaching career with youth teams in England before coaching in college in the United States. She also has considerable experience as a coach with USA Field Hockey at Development Squad Training Camps, U17 and U21 national programs and at high performance training centers.
