A four-year starter, McIntire led Phillips Andover in draw controls for three seasons with more than 375. She won 155 draws as a senior captain while adding 17 goals and seven assists. In her career she had 88 goals and 29 assists and led the team in goals as a sophomore.

A two-time US Lacrosse all-academic selection, McIntire was twice chosen for the Massachusetts/Rhode Island team at the US Lacrosse National Tournaments. After competing at the United States Specialty Sports Association (USSSA) National Lacrosse Classic in 2018, she was named to the all-star team. McIntire also represented New England at the 2017 Brine National Lacrosse Classic and the 2018 WPLL Futures Championship. She was twice selected for the Inside Lacrosse Committed Academy.

McIntire earned two varsity letters in indoor track and field and played club lacrosse for Revolution Lacrosse Club (REV).
