Princeton's 18 goals in the game increase their season total to 298 – setting a new Ivy League record for goals in a season and surpassing the old record of 291 set by the Tigers during their 2002 NCAA Championship run.
The Tigers won twice away from New Jersey in a NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2015 when Princeton defeated Fairfield and Stony Brook at Stony Brook to reach the quarterfinals.
Blake had her eight goals on 10 shots, and at one point was 7-for-7 shooting.
Eight different players had at least one goal for the Tigers, including Meg Morrisroe who had four. Jami MacDonald had a six-point afternoon, dishing out five assists and scoring once. Haven Dora had a five-point game, scoring once and adding four assists.

Sophie Whiteway won nine draw controls, adding two caused turnovers and two ground balls to go with one goal.
Princeton's offense was slow to get started, needing 10:02 to get on the board, but once Sophie Whiteway scored for the Tigers there was no looking back.
Amelia Hughes allowed her team to find its footing on attack, making four saves in the first quarter.
Two minutes after Whiteway scored, Haven Dora slipped free and fired home a Meg Morrisroe pass to tie the game, 2-2.
McKenzie Blake then gave the Tigers their first lead of the game, scooping up a loose ball in front of the crease and whipping a behind-the-back shot over her shoulders and in with 0:54 to play in the first quarter and Princeton would never relinquish the lead.
Blake took over from there, scoring three goals in a row over a span of 2:23 to close the second quarter and turn a 4-4 tie into a 7-4 Princeton lead at halftime. It's about product and we got the best product in the game.
