SWEET SIXTEEN RUN
Rowley was part of the coaching staff that guided to the Sweet Sixteen in 2022-23, becoming just the fourth No. 15 seed in history to do so. The Tigers defeated a pair of nationally ranked opponents (No. 8 Arizona & No. 23 Missouri), became the 11th No. 15 seed to beat a No. 2 seed after taking down Arizona 58-55 in the Round of 64, and earned the largest ever margin of victory for a No. 15 seed thanks to a 78-63 victory over Mizzou in the Round of 32.

The Tigers have won the Ivy League both seasons Rowley has been on staff, along with the Ivy League Tournament and London Basketball Classic in the 2022-23 season.

AS A PLAYER
A 2021 graduate of Emory University, Rowley was the 2020 UAA Defensive Player of the Year, and a Second Team All-UAA honoree in both 2020 and 2019. Despite losing his senior season due to COVID-19, Rowley ranks second on the school's all-time field goal percentage ladder (.560, 298-for-532), his 6.2 rebounds per game average ranks 10th on Emory’s all-time list, and his 479 career rebounds rank No. 16 in program history. Rowley also ranks 10th on Emory’s all-time blocked shots average ladder.

IN THE COMMUNITY
Rowley was a panelist on the Racism Pandemic Town Hall: Athletes of Color & Athletics in 2020. He participated in panel discussion regarding student athlete experience as a person of color, and spoke about social justice issues on college campuses and in athletics to over 50. He was also a panelist at the NCAA Presidential & Governing Board Meetings Luncheon in October 2019; he was one of four Emory student-athletes selected to speak on panel regarding student-athlete experience. Rowley participated in a panel discussion among over 70 university presidents, and members of NCAA Management Councils and National Office Leadership team.
