Richard Hunt is in his 22nd season with Princeton golf in 2015-16. In addition to his duties as the men's assistant, the former head men's coach was the interim women's coach following Eric Stein's retirement following the fall 2005 term.
Hunt served as the men's head coach from 1994-99 before handing the reins to Will Green. During his tenure, Hunt led the Tigers to their fourth straight Ivy title in 1995.
A 1961 graduate of Gettysburg College, Hunt retired from the taxation division of the New Jersey Department of the Treasury in 1993 after 32 years of service. He resides in Hamilton Square, N.J. He has three children and two grandchildren.
