Mark Leibowitz joined the Princeton men's track & field staff in the fall of 2016.
He specializes in bio mechanics and conditioning techniques of movement and performance development. He will help educate the team on fitness, wellness and performance. Leibowitz currently works full-time in his own fitness and performance center, Bodies by Leibo, LLC in Scotch Plains.
Leibowitz has a background as a track athlete and coach and has worked with NFL teams. He spent time with both the Washington Redskins and the New York Giants, working with the functional movement systems (FMS) and exercise implementations. Additionally, he assisted the track programs at Drew University and Montville High School.
A graduate of Glassboro (now Rowan) University, Leibowitz was a member of the track & field program and competed in 200, 400 and 4x400 relay.
After graduation he won the 2003 USAPL Powerlifting title with a total of 1234 lbs in the squat, bench press and dead lift.
