2022-23: Competed in four regular season XC meets ... competed in five regular season outdoor meets including Outdoor Heps...finished eighth in the 3000m Steeplechase (9:06.53)

2021-22: Finished 28th in the 8K at XC Heps ... competed in four regular season XC meets ... competed at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational.

2019-20: Competed at two regular season XC meets, along with Heps and the NCAA Regional...competed at four regular season indoor meets...outdoor season was canceled due to COVID-19.

Before Princeton: A 2018 All-America in cross country, he earned all-West Coast and all-state honors this past fall...was the conference champion in both 2018 and 2017 and was sixth at the California D2 Cross Country championships in 2018...competed at the Footlocker/New Balance Cross Country Nationals and as well as the New Balance Outdoor Track Nationals in 2018....was runner-up in the league in the 3200 this spring after taking third a year before and went on to place sixth at states...also holds the school record in the DMR at 10:16.22.
