Jasper Chang joined the Princeton athletic training staff in 2015 and works with the women's soccer and men's track and field teams.
Prior to Princeton, Chang was an intern athletic trainer at Michigan State for one year, working with the women's rowing team and supervising students in the school's athletic training program. He previously worked at San Diego Mesa College and UC San Diego, while also getting experience working outside college athletics at the SMaRT Lab at San Diego State, at USA Water Polo, and with the Orange County Flyers professional baseball club. Chang has also worked NCAA track and field championships at the Division II and III level and spent time working with the rugby team at the Claremont Colleges in California.
Chang has donated his time and expertise to the San Diego Youth Football and Cheer program, doing so in 2013 and 2014. He is a member of the College Athletic Trainers Society and the National Athletic Trainers Association.
Chang earned his bachelor's degree in athletic training in 2010 from the University of La Verne, where he was the captain of the cross country and track and field teams, and his master's in kinesiology at San Diego State in 2013.
