Ali Robinson enters her first hear as Director of Lacrosse Operations with the Princeton women's lacrosse team in 2025 after spending the past two years on the coaching staff at Wisconsin-Lacrosse. She served as the interim head coach during the 2024 season after previously serving as an assistant coach during the 2023 campaign.
“I am thrilled to be joining the Princeton Women’s Lacrosse staff," said Robinson. "I want to thank Jenn, Kerrin, and Molly for this opportunity. I am excited to contribute to this nationally renowned program and be part of a team that strives for excellence on and off the field."
During her one year as interim head coach, Robinson guided the Eagles to a 12-6 record and a trip to the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference championship game. She guided eight players to All-WIAC honors, including three who received first-team All-WIAC recognition. Ava Schiltz was a first-team All-WIAC honoree at midfield after setting school records in goals (64) and points (115), while Abi Furlano was a first teamer in goal while making a school-record 172 saves.
She came to UWL after earning her bachelor's and master's degrees from Trine University (Ind.). Robinson earned her bachelor's in sports and recreation in 2021 with minors in sports psychology and exercise science. She earned her master's degree in organizational leadership in May 2022.Â
Serving as team captain for the lacrosse team at Trine (Ind.), Robinson was a member of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. She played defense for the Thunder for four seasons.
