Before Princeton: Lanzafame is both a triple and long jumper. She has a PR of 38-9.25 (11.82m) in the triple and 18-4.75 (5.61m) in the long jump. Lanzafame won the long jump in 10 meets during the outdoor 2012 season including capturing the Washington State crown with a winning jump of 18-4.75. That same season she won 13 triple jumps including the state championship with her PR of 38-9.25.
