Cari Levine palyed in all 29 games for the Tigers as a senior tri-captain. She scored 13 goals, added a career high 16 assists, had 20 steals and drew 21 ejections. Levine had a pair of two-goal games and scored single goals in nine other contests. Her two-goal performances came in losses to ranked opponents Indiana and San Jose State, while she added goals in wins over Colorado State, Cal State Bakersfield, Concordia, Bucknell and Harvard. Levine added four multiple-assist games, tallying three helpers in a win over Wagner and two each in wins over GW, UC San Diego and Cal State San Bernardino.
Levine played in and started 29 games as a junior in her first full healthy season as a Tiger. Levine recorded career highs in goals, assists and steals, scoring 17 times. Her season-high of three goals came in the season-opening win over Gannon, and she added a pair of goals in wins over Brown, Concordia, Maryland and against Hartwick in the Eastern third-place game. Levine recorded a season-high of two assists in the Eastern first-round win over Bucknell and added single assists in six other games.
Levine battled through early season injuries to appear in 19 games over the second part her sophomore season. Levine contributed a goal, an assist and five steals, while drawing five ejections. She made her first appearance of the season during Princeton's Spring Break trip in California and scored in a win at Chapman. She added an assist in a loss to Maryland and recorded a pair of steals in a win and a loss against Bucknell.
Levine missed the first part of her freshman season with an injury before appearing in 19 games in the second part of the year. Levine scored three goals and added two assists and 13 steals. Her first goal of the season came in a win over CSU Bakersfield and netted two in a division win over George Washington.
Levine was a member of three consecutive CIF Division II Championships at Corona del Mar and a three-year varsity starter for the team. She was named to the first team of CIF Southern Section Division II as a junior, and to the second team as a sophomore. Levine was also chosen to the Pacific Coast All-League team her last two years. Levine was selected to the USA National Youth Team in both 2005 and 2006.
