Cayley Bowles appeared in all 29 games for the Tigers as a junior and scored a career-best 11 goals. She added nine assists and nine steals, and drew 10 ejections. Bowles recorded a season-high of three goals in the Tigers' win over Sonoma State and also had two steals in the win. Bowles added single goals in wins over George Washington, Wagner, Harvard, UC San Diego, St. Francis and Villanova. Bowles recorded her high of two assists in a win over George Washington additionally had two steals in a regular season win over Harvard. Bowles was named to the ACWPC and CWPA All-Academic teams.
Bowles played in 20 games as a sophomore and contributed three goals and five steals. Bowles started the season with a pair of steals in the season-opening win over Gannon and scored her first goal two games later in a win over Colorado State. Bowles added two goals in a win over Sonoma State during Spring Break. She also added two steals in a win over Wagner and added a steal in a loss at Loyola Marymount.
Bowles appeared in 25 games in her freshman season at Princeton. She contributed 10 goals and ranked second among freshmen on the team in scoring. Bowles also added five assists and 15 steals in her time in the water. She scored her first collegiate goal in her second game, a win over Villanova. She also scored goals in seven other games, including a four-goal performance in a win at Whittier. She scored a goal, added an assist and had two steals in a win over Brown and had a goal and two steals in a loss to CSU Bakersfield.
Bowles served as her team captain at the Menlo School as a senior and she was selected as a first-team All-PAL and second-team All-CCS selection. In addition she was part of the bronze-medal winning Stanford Club team at the Junior Olympics. As a junior, Bowles helped her Menlo squad to a PAL and CCS championship and was a second team All-PAL choice.
