Wrestled at 125, finishing with a 6-8 record ... went 2-2 at Midlands, 3-2 at the Franklin & Marshall Open, and 1-4 in duals, including an extra match ... competed in the dual-match lineup against Columbia, Rider, Harvard and Bucknell, getting a win against Bucknell's Grayson McLellan.
2021-22
Finished fifth at EIWAs, going 3-3 at the tournament ... opened his collegiate career by going 4-1 at the Southeast Open ... went 1-2 at the MatMen Open ... contributed to dual-match wins at Harvard, Brown and Lehigh ... had an injury-default win over NO. 16-ranked Malyke Hines in the Lehigh match ... had an 11-10 record on the season.

Before Princeton: Kayal went 139-33 in high school and earned medalist honors in New Jersey all four years. He was also a four-time medalist at the Beast of the East, winning a title at the 2017 event, and was a three-time medalist at the Doc Buchanan tournament.
Personal: Parents are George and Gina Kayal ... has a brother, Matt.
