Men's Track Team Makes Good at Penn State Open

UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. - The Pinceton men's track team competed at the Penn State National Open this weekend at a brand new facility in University Park, Pa.
Sophomore Paul Morrison was the fifth place finisher and the only college student in the top ten in the 3000 meters. He finished with a time of 8:03.70
Chris Banks scored an NCAA provisional qualifying time in the 5000 meters with a fifth place finish. Banks finished in a time of 14:16.99.
Princeton's distance-medley relay team finished fourth with a time of 9:47.17. And Brandon Braunstein was seventh in the pole fault with a height of 15' 6 1/4".
The entire Princeton team returns to Happy Valley next weekend for a tri-meet with the Nittany Lions and the UConn Huskies on Saturday, Feb. 5.
