Men's Golf Takes Second At Stabler Invitational

CENTER VALLEY, PA. - Senior James Milam (Idaho Falls, Id.) shot a second round 72 to finish in a tie for second and lead the Princeton golf team to a second place finish at the Stabler Invitational. Lehigh, the host of the event, finished first with a 583. The Tigers finished in a tie for second with Pennsylvania, St. Bonaventure and Temple with a 595 in the 20-team field.
Freshman David Heustis (Columbus, Ohio) finished in a six-way tie for 14th with a two-day total of 150. Junior Nat Hoopes (Marion, Mass.) turned in a 152, good for 26th, while sophomore Greg Johnson (Kansas City, Mo.) shot a 155 to finish in a tie for 42nd. Junior Cassidy Traub (Long Beach, Calif.) was disqualified.
The Tigers will return to action on Oct. 27-29 when they travel to Georgetown for the Georgetown Invitational.
