Princeton, N.J. - Wes Stockard (Sr., Knoxville, Tenn.) and Jon Bell (Jr., Raleigh, N.C.) were both named first-team All-Ivy after placing sixth and seventh in the individual standings at the 2001 Heptagonal Games Association Cross Country Championships. Ryan Teising (So., Naperville, Ill.) received second-team distinctions. Princeton finished third in the meet.
Stockard has been the top Princeton finisher in every race that he has competed in this season. His sixth place finish (25:06.1) at the 2001 Paddy Doyle Iona Meet of Champions helped the Tigers finish second in the team standings on September 29 and he led the Tigers to a 18th place finish in the black race at the NCAA Pre-National Invitational. Stockard finished 40th in the individual standings with a time of 25:28.
Bell and Teising have been consistently finishing second and third for the Tigers this season.
