GLEN ALLEN, V.A. - Freshman, Claire Miller and Senior, Kellie Maul were recently named to National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division 1 National Academic Squad.

For a student to be named to this team, she must achieve a grade point minimum average of 3.30 and be a starter or key reserve. This is the third year in a row that Maul has been selected for this team. She has earned recognition throughout her career as a student and as an athlete, being named to the Regional All-American team and the All-Ivy Team.

Miller earned a spot on the U.S. Under-19 team and was a member of the high school All-American squad.
