Princeton Men's Track and Field Wins Meet at Weaver Stadium

PRINCETON, N.J. - The Princeton men's track and field team won the meet they hosted at Weaver Track Stadium on Saturday. Princeton won with a total of 105 points, St. John's was second with 61 points followed by Manhattan College in third (54) and Iona in fourth (2).
Josh McCaughey provisionally qualifed in the hammer throw with mark of 200' 9" to finish second. Dennis Norman won the shot put (57' 9.75") and the discus (155' 3"). Mike Baird won the 3,000-meter steeplechase with at time of 9 minutes 20 seconds. Liam Morton won the javelin with a throw of 210' 11" and Cameron Atkinson won the 100 meters with a time of 11.03. Rob Hulick won the 800 meters (1:51.06) and Jeff Key won the 400-meter intermediate hurdles (54.01). Stephen Wiley took the high jump (2.01) and Ryan Teising won the 5,000 meters (14:42.22).
Princeton will compete at the Penn Relays Apr. 26-28 in Philadelphia. Pa.
